Not one more thing
on your plate.
Everything you already have is built to manage a part — the advisers, the structures, the plans. This is the opposite of adding another part. It's integration across the whole: within you, between you and the others, and between you and everything you've built around you. Right now you are the only thing they have in common, which is why everything needs managing at all.
I hold the conditions in which you can learn to see the whole of your life — and yourself inside it. Alongside you, while we reorganise it from the inside out. Because inside is where you live.
Who we become has a great deal to do with the conditions we become inside of. At your level, it runs the other way too. How you see. What you've come to tolerate. What you expect, and what you avoid. What you carry, and what you leave for others to pick up. None of it stays inside you — it becomes the conditions the people around you are living and working inside, and the strategy, the structures and the plans all inherit it.
This is why the inside matters. What becomes automatic in you becomes part of what everyone and everything around you responds to.
So we don't start with the parts in isolation. We start where the conditions are actually being set — with you, and what your perception and participation is producing. That isn't the soft end of this work. It's the most load-bearing thing available to change.
